Please note that terms and conditions apply:

• Booking Deposits: To confirm your booking a minimum of 25% deposit is required and must be received within 7 days. Deposit is to be paid by cheque, money order or credit card. Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation: A full refund of the deposit is given if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date no refund will be given on the deposit. The balance paid 30 days prior to arrival is non-refundable. Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or email.
• Payments: Payments can be made by cash, cheque, VisaCard or Mastercard. While in residence a sundry account will be held, requiring a pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card as security.
• Children: No children under 8 years old (slightly flexible).
